Do I need an in-person estimate?

We aim to quote remotely using your description and photos. If more information is needed, we’ll contact you before confirming the price.

What if the home needs more work than described?

Any estimate is based on the details and photos provided. If the actual condition or requested work differs substantially, we’ll explain the difference and get your approval for a revised price before doing additional work. You can decline the additional work.

Can I request a quote without photos?

Yes. Photos are optional but strongly recommended. Without them, we may need more details before we can confirm an accurate price.
